We finished this new construction today. The builder, along with our senior sales associate, picked out everything that was needed to turn 2X4s and concrete into a stunning new home that anyone would be thrilled to move right into. For the stunning fireplace we used a stone product. The color is Alaska Gray and the panels are 6X24. The floors in the 1/2 bath are ceramic tile made to look like hardwood (we don't want any pesky water damage in case that toilet starts to leak). The tile is called Carolina timber and here it is in a grey color, it also comes in other colors. The planks are 6X24 and we grouted with a sterling silver color. In the main bath, we installed a classic marble 12X12 Tile in Carrera with a Smokey grey grout color. In the master bath, on the floor we installed a Bordeaux 13X13 Ceramic tile in crème. We installed it with a diamond method and used a marble beige grout. On the shower walls, first we had to do a waterproof membrane, then we used the same colored tile that was on the floor but in a 10X14 and using a horizontal method of install with staggered grout lines and the marble beige grout. Also, on the shower walls, about 3/4 of the way up we have a decorative glass tile, the color is Cappuccino and it is a random strip, this glass tile is also installed on the back of the niche we installed into the wall for soap and shampoos. We framed the outside of the shower with a 3X10 bullnose in the same color as the walls and floor and added an almond marble threshold. On the floor of the shower we installed a Classic travertine pebble blend and grouted it with the marble beige.
